A map of UCL’s neuroscience output between January 2021 and May 2026. We pulled every UCL-authored neuroscience paper from OpenAlex, embedded each one with a model trained on scientific paper similarity, and clustered the embeddings to surface the natural groupings in the research itself.
Two views are available:
- Broad view — 6 areas — the trunk-level summary.
- Detailed view — 15 areas — finer subdivisions, surfacing cross-institute communities.
